Gourmet  BBQ Sandwith

 This is a great menu for a light corporate lunch or small functions.  

  • 150 g of uncooked meat served with fresh salad, cucumber and beetroot.

  • French baguette or Briochebun.

  • Homemade sauces (Chimichurri,Garlic, Aioli mayonnaise, BBQ sauce).

  • Not handmade: Chili sauce and tomato sauce.

  • Choose 2 Grill Options from: Lamb leg - Pork Belly - Chicken thighs - Grilled Haloumi - Garden delights (seasonal vegetables) - Chorizo criollo - Beef Burgers.

Office  Deal - BBQ Meal

This is an ideal menu for small to medium functions. 

  • 200 g of uncooked meat, served with a side of Fresh salad, cucumber and beetroot, and french fries drizzled with balsamic dressing.

  • Homemade sauces (Chimichurri, Garlic, Aioli mayonnaise, BBQ sauce).

  • Not handmade: Chili sauce and tomato sauce.

  • Small slider bun. Disposable cutlery and plates (if required).

  • Choose 2 Grill Options from: Lamb leg - Pork Belly - Chicken thighs - Grilled Haloumi - Garden delights (seasonal vegetables) - Chorizo criollo.

Special Functions

Perfect menu for Weddings or special events, like EOY party or Birthdays.

  • 350 g of uncooked meat, you can choose from the grill: Lamb leg - Pork Belly - Chicken thighs - Grilled Haloumi - Garden delights (seasonal vegetables) - Chorizo criollo.

  • Special Grill Meats are also available at an additional cost: Pork Ribs - Beef Sirloin - Beef Short ribs.

  •  Choose 2 salads between:

  1. Mediterranean Salad - mesclun greens, Sweet Pepper, Red Onion, Feta cheese and black olives, mustard Dijon and Italian balsamic dressing. 

  2. Creamy slaw salad with finely sliced carrot.

  3. Middle East salad - chopped cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce and red onion with turkish lemon dressing and italian parsley.

  • Homemade sauces (Chimichurri, Garlic, Aioli mayonnaise, BBQ sauce).

  • Not handmade: Chili sauce and tomato sauce.

  • Small brioche Buns.

  • Disposable cutlery and plates (if required).

Patagonia style open BBQ

We offer whole Lamb or Pork cook over an open fire, in a cross. It takes around 6-7 hours to cook. This is a great combination with our special menu for weddings or big functions. It serves around 35 meat portions. Please inquiry for this option. 

Additional salad selection

These options can be added at an extra cost. Please inquiry.

  • Mango, black beans and avocado salad with seasonal dressing

  • Roasted Baby Potatoes with Rosemary and garlic and Dijon mustard sauce

  • Israeli Couscous salad with smoked winter vegetables and salsa criolla (South American dressing) 

Sides / Apetizers 

These options can be added at an extra cost. Please inquiry.

  • Corn on the cob - An ear of fresh corn, grilled and served steaming with butter on the side.

  • French Fries with homemade aioli

  • Beef Empanadas (homemade)

  • Pork bites with chimichurri sauce or BBQ

  • Chorizo slide served with salsa criollo.

  • Wood-fired pizza bread, served with Parmesan, garlic, olive oil and parsley.

  • Antipasto - Different types of cheese, cured meats (prosciutto, salami), dates, almonds, seasonal fruits and marinated olives.

TRAILER HIRE / CHEF SERVICE FEE

There is an additional fee for any corporate or private functions.
This includes the trailer hire, professional chef service and additional kitchen staff for as long the event goes and setup of food station and disposable plates/cutlery if required.

Corporate lunches and small functions (40 - 50), fee starts at $150 (plus GST). It will depend on venue location (no extra cost if located up to 25km from Auckland CBD) and based on menu selection and type of service requested (if high number of guests then requires additional kitchen staff for service).

Weddings, fee starts in $350 (plus GST) and same criteria as described above applies 

CATERING CONDITIONS

  • Food waste will be removed from venue and service area cleaned by us (this doesn’t include plates or other rubbish).

  • We don’t provide wait staff. The service offered is buffet BBQ.

  • 50 % Deposit is required to secure the date for the event; payment to

    be done to this bank account 06-0541-0600543-00 (ANZ); remaining

    payment can be done until 1 day prior to the event.

  • We accept any type of payment. Cash and Bank transfer are preferred,

    and with credit cards there a 3.5% surcharge

 

Deposit is not refundable if cancellation is made up to 30 days prior to event. Before that, booking can be cancelled or modified by either party.
